I was born on 20/06/1958 in Arakapas. My father Andreas Vassiliou has served as president of the Community Council of Arakapa for many years.

I am married to Eleni Vassiliou and we have 3 children. I was graduated from the Limassol Technical School and I am working on my own business of Building Construction.

I was chairman of the Parents' Association of the "IAMATIKI" Regional Kindergarten, president of the "IAMATIKI" Regional School, a member of the Committee of the SPE OF ARAKAKA, and I am a currently an active member of the Community.

On 18/12/2016 I was elected President of the Arakapas Community Council.

Ι come from Arakapas, Limassol. Date of Birth 28/02/1993. Graduate of Lancaster University in the field of Biological Sciences.

From 2016 I am a member of Arakapas Community Council. The main reason for my decision to participate in the public was the love I have for my village and my will power for contribution to the commons.

Besides, I am very dissapointed from the urbanism, when I see young people leaving their village. I strongly believe that everyone who loves his place can contribute in his own way for its development. If our young generation leave the village, we are heading for its desolation. Nobody wants it. Our indebtedness, it is just like our ancestors were making progress for this place, now, it is the time to do the same.

Thus, I am calling all young people to become one power and join our strength for a better tomorrow, a better life in the village!
